Santander International Festival hosts Lyric Gala with Bilbao Symphony Orchestra

The 75th Santander International Festival features a Lyric Gala at the Palacio de Festivales on Saturday, August 22. The event stars soprano Kathryn Lewek and tenor Piotr Beczała, performing alongside the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra under the direction of maestro José Miguel Pérez-Sierra.

The program includes a selection of arias and duets from renowned operas by Giuseppe Verdi, Gaetano Donizetti, Georges Bizet, and Giacomo Puccini. The orchestra will also perform the overture to ‘La forza del destino’ and the interlude from ‘Manon Lescaut’.
