Santer Empreendimentos launches training hub for real estate brokers
The Brazilian real estate market is experiencing a shift toward increased professionalization as buyers demand more sophisticated information regarding economic perspectives, infrastructure, and investment potential. This trend has led to a greater emphasis on specialized training for real estate brokers.
To address this need, Santer Empreendimentos inaugurated the Santer Hub in Balneário Piçarras on May 26. The facility is dedicated to the development of sector professionals through technical training, mentorship, and market meetings. Since its opening, the Hub has hosted 56 events, providing approximately 120 hours of training to roughly 500 participating brokers. The curriculum includes diverse topics, such as the application of neuroscience to real estate sales.
