Santiago Free Trade Zone launches 12th breast cancer prevention campaign

The Corporación Zona Franca Santiago (CZFS) and MĒDICA have launched the twelfth edition of the ‘Porque Te Quiero’ campaign, a breast cancer prevention initiative. This year, the program introduces Lía, a new virtual assistant and digital wellness guide designed to support women throughout the prevention process.

The campaign provides health services to employees within the World Trade Center-Santiago Free Trade Zone. Since its inception, the initiative has facilitated over 21,600 free studies for workers and their families. During the 2025 session alone, more than 3,000 mammographies and sonomammographies were performed. For the 2026 edition, organizers estimate treating approximately 135 people daily, totaling roughly 675 women per week through free studies at MĒDICA facilities.
