Santiago Golf Association wins fifth consecutive regional tournament

The Santiago Golf Association (Sagolf) has secured its fifth consecutive title at the V Interasociaciones Región Norte Tournament. Held at the Playa Dorada Golf Club, the competition was organized by the Dominican Golf Federation (Fedogolf) with support from Mastercard Banreservas.

Santiago finished with 162.83 points, leading the Puerto Plata Golf Association, which earned 149.23 points, and the La Vega Golf Association (LVGA), which totaled 143.83 points.

Individual winners from Santiago included Alberto Menicucci in category AA, Lenny Lugo in category B, and Mariluz Perdomo in the Women's B category. Puerto Plata saw victories from Mark Chichilla (Senior A), Noel Pérez (Senior B), and William Núñez (Senior C). La Vega's top performers were Gamal Dumit in category A and Margarita Pargo in the Women's A category.
