Santiago Matías files for registration of Dominicanos Primero party

Santiago Matías, known as Alofoke, has formally filed a request with the Central Electoral Board (JCE) to register his new political party, Dominicanos Primero. The entrepreneur announced the move on August 11, marking a transition from political speculation to a formal organizational process.

Matías plans to launch a national tour to collect signatures, starting in the border regions and extending across all 32 provinces and more than 130 municipalities in the Dominican Republic. To document this process, he will produce a reality show on YouTube, broadcasting the signature collection live to provide transparency and allow citizens to witness the party’s formation from the ground up.

The movement has already established a digital presence via DominicanosPrimero.com, which reportedly has surpassed 30,000 registrations from interested citizens. The website includes an interactive map to track the enrollment process in real time.
