Santiago Pavlovic calls Chilean MP Pamela Jiles a “complete fraud” on podcast

Veteran TVN journalist Santiago Pavlovic appeared on the episode of “Podcast Peyo” hosted by Fernando Fariña. During the interview he launched a harsh critique of his former colleague, deputy Pamela Jiles of the PDG, describing her as “a complete fraud in journalism and politics” and saying, “I have the worst opinion of her.”

Pavlovic accused Jiles of shifting ideologically from the far left to the far right for personal power and suggested she sees a presidential candidacy as part of her future. He also expressed surprise at her presence in Congress, questioning her preparation and knowledge. The commentator broadened his criticism to other media personalities who have entered politics, naming Franco Parisi and Johannes Kaiser as examples of “absurd” political figures, and lamented what he sees as low standards in Chilean politics.
