Santiago Segura returns to MasterChef Celebrity Legends

Actor and director Santiago Segura has returned to the kitchen for ‘MasterChef Celebrity Legends’ on Spain’s La 1. Having previously competed in 2018, Segura noted that while the challenges remain difficult, his prior experience has provided a new perspective on the competition and his fellow contestants.

Segura described the experience as the hardest show he has participated in, though he noted he has bonded well with the group. He also mentioned a playful rivalry with contestant Florentino Fernández.

Meanwhile, comedian Pachu Peña has sparked speculation regarding his future on the show. During an interview, Peña mentioned an upcoming tour in Spain during October, leading to theories about a potential early elimination or a possible return through a ‘repechaje’ (wildcard) round. Peña described himself as a basic cook facing increasingly difficult culinary challenges.
