Santo Antônio de Leverger hosts Pantanal Gastronomic Circuit

The Pantanal Gastronomic Circuit begins this Thursday and Friday in Santo Antônio de Leverger. Held at the Municipal Waterfront, the event features 15 exhibitors and local musical performances to promote regional culture and identity.

Supported by the Rouanet Law, the initiative is a partnership between the Municipality of Santo Antônio de Leverger, Grupo Bom Futuro, and Sebrae/MT. The project aims to strengthen local entrepreneurship and generate income by connecting traditional culinary practices with business development. The menu includes regional specialties such as peixada, sarapatel, and various local sweets. To ensure quality, local entrepreneurs received technical consultancy from specialized chefs regarding food handling and dish innovation.
