Santuário de Fátima hosts Helmet Blessing for 170,000 motorcyclists

Approximately 170,000 motorcyclists gathered at the Sanctuary of Fátima for the Helmet Blessing pilgrimage. During the homily, the Patriarch of Lisbon, Rui Valério, emphasized the importance of road responsibility and prudence, stating that responsible driving is a way to love one's neighbor.

A message from Pope Leo XIV was also read during the ceremony, encouraging motorcyclists to promote a culture of care and road safety through fraternity and caution in their daily travels.
