SANY Machines Boost Efficiency at MBT Recycling Plant in Schwanewede, Germany

At the MBT GmbH recycling facility in Schwanewede, Lower Saxony, a fleet of SANY construction machines is used to process demolition waste. The plant receives material from its own dismantling projects, sorts, crushes, screens and reloads it for reuse in construction. Manager Gregor Mielke emphasizes that “every minute counts on the dump site,” highlighting the need for reliable, fast‑acting equipment. The current fleet includes a SY265, two SY215s, a SY135 and several SY18 units, each assigned to specific stages such as coarse crushing, steel‑concrete separation and flexible support tasks. Mielke plans further investment, aiming to add a larger 300‑ton capacity machine to the lineup.
