Sanyu Fastening implements on-site physical care for employees

Sanyu Fastening Co., Ltd., a construction company specializing in seismic reinforcement and anchor work, has implemented ‘Offi-Stretch®’, an on-site physical care service provided by Well Body Co., Ltd.

Due to the physically demanding nature of construction work, including heavy lifting and maintaining precise postures, employees reported frequent physical discomfort in their backs, shoulders, and knees. The program, led by physical therapists, focuses on addressing the root causes of discomfort and teaching self-care techniques that employees can use at work and home.

Following the implementation, participant surveys showed a high satisfaction rate of 4.75 out of 5. All participants reported feeling a physical improvement, noting that their bodies felt lighter and discomfort had eased.
