Sao Do University offers high recruitment incentives for professors

Sao Do University in Hai Phong has announced a high-level recruitment program to attract highly qualified lecturers across 21 training disciplines. The recruitment drive targets professors, associate professors, and doctors to work at the university's main campus in Hai Phong and its branch in Hanoi.

To attract top talent, the university is offering significant one-time recruitment incentives: 550 million VND for professors, 450 million VND for associate professors, and 350 million VND for doctors. These figures are notably higher than similar programs at other institutions, such as the University of Economics and Law in Ho Chi Minh City and the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH).
