Sapareva Banya Municipal Council to discuss real estate sales

The Sapareva Banya Municipal Council is scheduled to convene to discuss several reports regarding the management and disposal of municipal real estate.

The agenda includes a proposal to sell two municipal properties located in the Pistata area of Sapareva Banya through a public tender with open bidding. These plots measure 89,149 square meters and 20,207 square meters, respectively. A private company has already submitted a request to purchase these lands, including declared investment plans.

Additionally, councilors will consider the sale of four other municipal properties via auction with secret bidding, following requests for purchase. Three of these properties are located in Resilovo, while one is in Saparevo. The council will also review proposals to change the permanent use status of two properties from pasture to other types of agricultural land in the Atanashki Dol and Fitish Dere areas.

Other items on the agenda include the adoption of a joint marketing strategy for developing an integrated tourism product in the Sapareva Banya – Kratovo – Rankovce cross-border region for 2026–2030, as well as the municipal annual plan for social services for 2027.
