Saptak Talwar earns DP World Tour card

Indian golfer Saptak Talwar has secured a DP World Tour card for the upcoming season after finishing at the top of the PGTI Order of Merit.

Talwar’s successful season included eight top-10 finishes in 15 starts, highlighted by a victory at the Indorama Ventures Open. He attributed his professional growth to consistent performances, his experience competing in Europe, and lessons learned from senior Indian professionals such as Shubhankar Sharma and Veer Ahlawat.

Talwar also noted that participating in the Asian Games in Aichi-Nagoya served as a significant part of his learning curve this year, despite not securing a medal at the event.
