Saquarema concludes Arraiá da Vila festival

The Arraiá da Vila festival in Saquarema concluded on August 9 after running for four consecutive weekends. Held at the Campo de Aviação, the free event was organized by the Saquarema City Hall through the Secretariat of Sport, Leisure, and Tourism.

The festival featured 34 food stalls, 12 street vendors, craft spaces, and dance performances. Originally scheduled to end in early August, the event was extended due to high public attendance. Mayor Lucimar Vidal noted that the festival helped stimulate the local economy, benefiting the commerce, restaurant, and hospitality sectors during the low tourism season.
