Sara Wijayanto and Demian Aditya officially divorce

Sara Wijayanto and Demian Aditya have officially divorced following a ruling by the South Jakarta Religious Court on October 8, 2026. The court issued a verstek decision, meaning the ruling was made in the absence of the defendant. According to court spokesperson Abid, Demian Aditya failed to attend two scheduled hearings despite being issued official summonses. Following the legal procedure under Article 125 and 126 of the HIR, the judges proceeded to the evidentiary stage and issued the divorce decree.

In a joint statement released via social media, the pair clarified that while they are no longer a married couple, they remain family. They specifically addressed the future of their collaborative horror content projects, Diary Misteri Sara (DMS) and DMS+, though they have not yet detailed how these projects will be managed moving forward. Both individuals have requested privacy and space from the public to navigate this personal transition.
