Sarah Jane Morris to perform “Forever Young” in Nardò

Sarah Jane Morris will perform her “Forever Young” project at the Chiostro dei Carmelitani in Nardò as part of the XXVI edition of I Concerti del Chiostro. The event is scheduled for Friday, August 28.

Accompanied by the Solis String Quartet—comprising Vincenzo Di Donna, Luigi De Maio, Gerardo Morrone, and Antonio Di Francia—Morris will pay tribute to the “Club of 27.” This refers to a group of legendary musicians who passed away at the age of 27, including Amy Winehouse, Kurt Cobain, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, and Otis Redding. The performance aims to celebrate their musical legacies and creativity through timeless songs.
