Sarajevo court issues mutual restraining orders in Tepić domestic dispute

The Municipal Court of Sarajevo has issued mutual restraining orders against Irfan Tepić and his wife, Nahla Tepić, following allegations of domestic violence.

According to court documents, Irfan Tepić reported that Nahla Tepić entered his business, ‘Barber by Irfan Tepić’, on September 16, where she allegedly threatened to kill him and destroy his shop. The report states she then physically assaulted him by choking him and striking his head and upper body. A second incident was reported the following day involving verbal threats and physical strikes to his legs during a dispute regarding their divorce proceedings.

In response to these allegations, the court issued a 20-meter restraining order against Nahla Tepić, prohibiting her from communicating with, harassing, or stalking the victim. Irfan Tepić has been issued identical measures. The legal dispute follows previous reports where Nahla Tepić had filed complaints against Irfan Tepić involving allegations of psychological abuse and child neglect.
