Sarbananda Sonowal attends Rozgar Mela in Guwahati

Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal virtually attended a Rozgar Mela in Guwahati, where 128 candidates received appointment letters for various government positions.

The recruits will serve in several national organizations, including the Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Indian Railways, India Post, and the Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT). Other agencies involved include the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC), the Controller General of Defence Accounts (CGDA), the Jal Shakti Ministry, the Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI), and Oil India Limited (OIL).

During the event, Sonowal described the new appointees as ‘Yuva Shakti’ (youth power) contributing to nation-building. He stated that the government aims to channel the energy and ambition of young people to shape the country’s future.
