Sardinia hosts filming for Netflix comedy Un weekend da bamboccioni 3

Filming for the Netflix comedy “Un weekend da bamboccioni 3” has commenced in northern Sardinia. The production, featuring Adam Sandler and Salma Hayek, is being produced by Panorama Films and spans several locations across the Gallura region, including Olbia, Golfo Aranci, Porto Cervo, Portisco, and Cala Moresca.

In Olbia, the historic center is undergoing temporary modifications to accommodate the set. In Piazza Matteotti, the Varalto fountain has been covered with wooden panels, and local traffic and parking arrangements have been adjusted. In the industrial port of Cocciani, a removable pool has been installed for water scenes to ensure filming can continue regardless of weather conditions.

Previous filming activities in Golfo Aranci drew attention from environmentalists regarding the impact on Cala Moresca, though local authorities stated that structures made of wood and polystyrene would be removed and the sites restored once production concludes.
