Sardinia launches management tender for Microcredit and Cooperative Funds
An open procedure has been launched to assign management services for the ‘Microcredit Fund’ and ‘Cooperative Fund’ in Sardinia. These funds are part of a larger initiative managed by SFIRS S.p.A. with a total allocation of approximately 50 million euros, which can increase up to 80 million euros.
The Microcredit Fund is designed to support the launch of new entrepreneurial initiatives and investments for existing start-ups. Eligible investment plans range from 15,000 to 75,000 euros, which can be increased to 100,000 euros for limited liability companies through a combination of zero-interest financing and a 30% non-repayable grant.
The Cooperative Fund aims to support capitalization, growth, and structural consolidation of the regional cooperative system, as well as the creation of new cooperatives. Eligible investments for this fund range between 50,000 and 250,000 euros.
This current procedure is strictly for selecting the entities that will manage the funds; applications for financing from final beneficiaries will be published at a later date. Offers must be submitted via the SardegnaCAT platform by September 24, 2026.
