Sardinia Open brings international wheelchair tennis to Alghero

The 26th edition of the Sardinia Open, an ITF1 Wheelchair Tennis tournament, is scheduled to take place in Alghero from September 23 to 26. Organized by Asd Sardinia Open with regional patronage, the event features high-ranking international athletes.

World number one Yui Kamiji, who recently achieved a Career Golden Slam after winning Wimbledon, is among the top competitors. Other notable participants include top-ten players Lizzy De Greef of the Netherlands, Ksenia Chasteau of France, and Zhenzhen Zhu of China. The tournament also includes several top-ten athletes in the Quad category.
