Sargam Vaish alleges copyright infringement in ‘The Vvaan’ trailer

Music artist Sargam Vaish has accused the makers of the upcoming film ‘The Vvaan’ of using his song ‘Aigiri Nandini’ without permission. Vaish alleges that approximately 25 seconds of his original production and vocals were used in the film's trailer.

In a social media video, Vaish presented evidence including a screenshot of his music file with a modification date from March 2024. He expressed concern that the unauthorized use of his work could jeopardize his existing contract with a major music label.

The artist has demanded that the track be removed from both the trailer and the film. He has also requested that the production team provide details regarding any valid permission or license that may have been used, warning that his legal team may take action if the matter is not resolved.
