Sarlat hosts inaugural N2 women's Coupe de France cycling final

Sarlat is hosting the N2 women's Coupe de France cycling final for the first time on Sunday, August 30. This event coincides with the men's Coupe de France final held in the same location.

Mayor Basile Fanier described the event as a significant milestone for the city, emphasizing the importance of visibility for women's sports to provide role models for young girls. Mathieu Bru, the deputy for sports, also noted the city's commitment to promoting women's athletics. The race will consist of 110 riders completing six laps of a 13.520 km circuit, totaling over 80 km.
