Sartorius reports profit growth and announces structural reorganization

Sartorius AG, a German pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment manufacturer, reported a significant increase in net profit for the first nine months of fiscal 2026. Net profit rose 51 percent to 188.3 million euros compared to the previous year, driven by sales growth and positive volume development. The company maintained its full-year 2026 outlook, expecting operational sales revenue growth in constant currencies to be near the midpoint of its 5 to 9 percent guidance.

In conjunction with its financial results, Sartorius announced a strategic reorganization titled ‘One Sartorius,’ effective January 1, 2027. This restructuring aims to align management logic with financial reporting by consolidating responsibilities. Alexandra Gatzemeyer will serve as Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing global sales, marketing, and customer service, while Rene Faber will become Chief Product Officer, managing research, product management, and production. The company will also transition to two new business segments: Bioprocessing Solutions and Research Solutions.
