Saryo Rakushoin announces first special breakfast service

Saryo Rakushoin, operated by GRACE TERRA, has announced its first-ever breakfast service to commemorate its third anniversary. The special menu, titled ‘Rakushoin no Asage – Chazuke’, will be available for eight days from September 20 to September 28, 2026 (excluding September 24).

The breakfast is served between 8:00 and 10:00 and features a nine-course meal centered around tea rice porridge (chazuke). The menu incorporates seasonal ingredients, fermented foods, and traditional Japanese culinary wisdom, including dishes such as silver cod saikyo-yaki, various small bowls of vegetables, and sashimi. The meal is priced at 4,180 yen (including tax), with an optional post-meal tea and sweets set available for 1,100 yen.

Located in Amagasaki, Hyogo Prefecture, the establishment offers views of a Japanese garden with a waterfall. Yuka Matsumoto, CEO of GRACE TERRA, stated that the goal is to provide a peaceful morning experience that allows guests to disconnect from daily busyness and prepare for the day ahead.
