Sarzana hosts Libri per Strada noir and criminology festival

On Saturday, 1 August, Piazza Luni in Sarzana hosted the 34th edition of the Libri per Strada festival, dedicated to noir literature, criminology and psychological investigation. The day‑long programme featured author Geraldina Neri presenting her thriller "La morte non medita" and criminologist‑journalist Anna Vagli discussing her latest book "Ti inventi le cose", which examines manipulation, narcissistic pathology and gaslighting. Both authors took part in dialogues with other experts, and representatives from feminist groups joined the debate on the social and cultural dimensions of crime fiction.

The event combined book presentations, panel discussions and interactive sessions, offering attendees insight into contemporary crime storytelling and its psychological underpinnings.
