SASE S.p.A. reaches labor agreement for Umbria Airport staff

SASE S.p.A. and regional trade unions have reached an agreement regarding new measures for personnel at the Umbria International Airport. Following discussions between SASE President Andrea Ragnetti and unions including FILT CGIL, FIT CISL, UILT UIL, and UGL TA, several benefits were established.

Key measures include a 1 euro increase in meal vouchers starting in September 2026 and a monthly 10 euro bonus for the laundering of work clothing. The company has also agreed to extend the existing Result Bonus for another year under current conditions.

Additionally, SASE expressed willingness to evaluate exit paths for employees approaching retirement and committed to negotiating a settlement regarding past issues related to work clothing maintenance. The company is also working toward obtaining confirmation from all shareholders regarding future organizational intentions.
