SASE SpA reaches labor agreement for Umbria International Airport staff

SASE SpA, the management company for Umbria International Airport, has reached an agreement with regional trade unions including FILT CGIL, FIT CISL, UILT UIL, and UGL Trasporto Aereo regarding new measures for staff.

The agreement includes a 1 euro increase in meal vouchers starting in September 2026 and confirms a monthly 10 euro bonus for the laundering of work clothing. Regarding requests for compensation for past periods, the company has expressed willingness to open a negotiation table to find a shared solution. Additionally, the 'Premio di Risultato' (performance bonus) will be extended for one more year under current conditions, with future evaluations to follow.

Other points discussed include the company's willingness to evaluate exit paths for employees nearing retirement. SASE also provided updates on the process of obtaining shareholder approval for a capital increase, which is intended to cover investments not funded by public resources.
