Sasha releases remix EP of Danny L Harle’s ‘Raft In The Sea’

British DJ and producer Sasha has released a four-track remix EP for Danny L Harle’s track ‘Raft In The Sea’, featuring vocals by Julia Michaels. Released via XL Recordings on August 24, the project reimagines the original song, which was characterized by a stripped-back and melancholic sound.

Sasha’s versions incorporate euphoric synth work and crescendoing builds, leaning into a trance-influenced style. Harle noted that Sasha’s style of “sparse trance harmony” provides a unique sense of “restraint and release.” The remixes have already been featured in Sasha’s live sets since their completion.
