Sashastra Seema Bal crowned champion at All-India Police Martial Arts Championship in Hyderabad

The Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) emerged as the overall champion of the 11th All‑India Police Judo Cluster Championship, securing 24 gold, 20 silver and 23 bronze medals (203 points). The tournament, held at the GMC Balayogi Indoor Stadium in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, featured around 1,600 athletes from 36 central and state police forces competing in five disciplines: Judo, Karate, Wushu, Taekwondo and Pencak Silat.

The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) won the Pencak Silat discipline with 12 golds, four silvers and four bronzes, and also topped the men's Taekwondo (Kyorugi) event with four gold medals. CISF finished second overall with 25 gold, 16 silver and 25 bronze medals (198 points), while the Indo‑Tibetan Border Police placed third. The championship concluded on Thursday with the karate competitions pending.
