Saskatoon Ex Opens at Prairieland Park for Eight-Day Summer Fair

The Saskatoon Ex kicked off on July 30, 2026 at Prairieland Park in Saskatchewan, running through August 6. Organiser Candace Shierling, director of signature events, highlighted new attractions such as the 12‑person karaoke game “Midway Melodies,” the Star Dancer ride, and “Bourbon Street North” with a New Orleans‑style jazz vibe. The fair offers rides, food, draft beer in a 22,000‑square‑foot tent called the Canopy, and a range of carnival games.

Entertainment includes performances by Canadian band Theory of a Deadman on opening night, followed by shows from Shawn Desman, Streetheart and Josh Ross at the Grandstand throughout the long weekend.
