Sassuolo beats Frosinone on penalties to reach Coppa Italia round of 16

Sassuolo advanced to the round of 16 in the Coppa Italia after defeating Frosinone in a penalty shootout following a 1-1 draw at the Mapei Stadium. Benjamin Dominguez opened the scoring for Sassuolo in the 36th minute, but Frosinone’s Terzic equalized late in the first half with a strike from outside the area.
