Sassuolo defeats Bologna to open 15th Memorial Nardino Previdi

The 15th edition of the Memorial Nardino Previdi has officially commenced at the renovated Ferrarini Stadium in Castellarano. The inaugural evening featured speeches from local officials, including Castellarano Mayor Giorgio Zanni and Sassuolo Vice Mayor Serena Lenzotti, as well as a message from Bologna captain Fabian Livieri.

The opening match saw Sassuolo defeat Bologna with a final score of 2-1. Filip Matic opened the scoring for Sassuolo in the 31st minute with a header, while Salvo secured the victory with a goal in the second half.
