The Tax Administration Service (SAT) of the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima has launched a campaign titled ‘Paga tu impuesto predial en octubre y gana’ to reward timely taxpayers in the Cercado de Lima district.

The initiative offers a total of 43 prizes, including 14 gift cards valued at S/1,000, 18 gift cards of S/500, and 11 fuel vouchers worth S/300. To qualify, property owners must have paid all four installments of their 2026 property tax by October 31. Those who completed their full annual payment by February 27 will receive double the chances of winning.

The winners will be announced during a public event on November 13, which will be broadcast live via the SAT de Lima official social media channels and overseen by a notary.
