SAT.1 launches 'Die Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof' spin‑off series

SAT.1 announced a new spin‑off of the popular German drama ‘Die Landarztpraxis’. Titled “Die Landarztpraxis – Team Sonnenhof”, the series is set in the fictional neighboring town Weilhausen and will premiere on Monday 29 June 2026 on SAT.1 and Joyn.

The story follows the five Lamminger siblings as they reunite to reopen their family inn, the Sonnenhof, and the adjoining medical practice after their parents’ death. Original cast members Pina Kühr, Rike Schmid and Max Alberti return, with guest appearances such as singer Beatrice Egli. The 120‑episode run will continue the show’s focus on family, love and everyday medical cases.

Separately, the fourth season’s episode 116 (“Bitte, geh nicht!”) was rebroadcast on 22 June 2026, with streaming options available via the SAT.1 Mediathek.
