Satispay and Ebury post robust fintech growth and profit

Italian fintech Satispay reported annualised recurring revenue of €120 million for the first half of 2026 and now serves 6.5 million customers. The company launched debit cards in partnership with Mastercard after introducing IBAN accounts earlier in the year and announced a capital increase of up to €120 million, valuing the firm at over €1 billion.

Santander‑owned payments platform Ebury turned to profit in its latest fiscal year, posting net earnings of £10.6 million (€12.4 million) after a loss the previous year. Revenue rose 23% to £354 million (€414 million) and adjusted EBITDA reached £60 million (€70 million). The firm also raised £535 million in new funding, expanded its services to Mexico and highlighted strong growth across all major geographies and product lines.
