Sato no Gohan opens limited-time rice ball shop in Omotesando

Sato no Gohan is launching a limited-time salt rice ball specialty store in Omotesando, Tokyo, from September 30 to October 4. The shop, titled “Salt Rice Ball Specialty Store Without a Rice Cooker Powered by Sato no Gohan Shin Teiban,” will operate at ZeroBase Omotesando.

The establishment will exclusively use the company’s “Shin Teiban” series of packaged rice, which utilizes a unique “thick-pot cooking method” to achieve high quality. Because the product is pre-cooked and ready for microwave use, the shop will not require traditional rice cookers on-site. The menu is limited to salt rice balls priced at 100 yen each, available while supplies last.
