Saturday Night Live mocks Donald Trump over Nobel Peace Prize

During a recent episode of “Saturday Night Live,” the “Weekend Update” segment mocked Donald Trump regarding his reaction to not winning the Nobel Peace Prize. Comedian Colin Jost joked about the president’s expectations, contrasting his desire for international recognition with his political conduct and recent criticisms of Nobel laureate Navi Pillay.

Jost compared Trump’s hopes for the award to expecting an Oscar for the 2021 film “Tom and Jerry.” The segment also addressed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth’s controversial branding proposals and plans regarding the livestreaming of an execution.
