Saudi Arabia holds talks with Qatar and Oman on regional stability

Saudi Arabian officials have held discussions with Qatar and Oman to address recent developments in the Middle East and preserve regional stability. Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan conducted telephone calls with his counterparts, Mohamed bin Abdulrahman al Thani of Qatar and Badr al Busaidi of Oman, to emphasize the importance of coordinated consultations among nations supporting regional security.

In Qatar, Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani reaffirmed support for diplomatic efforts to alleviate tensions and ensure freedom of navigation through the Strait of Hormuz. He urged all parties to honor the memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran and to commit to dialogue.

These diplomatic efforts follow claims from Iranian officials regarding the outcome of recent conflicts with the United States and Israel. Additionally, Qatar has categorically denied allegations from Iran regarding the detention of Iranian pilots, describing such claims as misleading.
