Saudi Film Forum to launch fourth edition in Riyadh

The fourth edition of the Saudi Film Forum is scheduled to take place in Riyadh on October 28 and 29 at Jax Studios. Under the theme ‘Meeting the Scene Makers,’ the event is sponsored by Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Culture and Chairman of the Film Commission.

The forum aims to strengthen partnerships and develop the investment environment for the Kingdom’s cinema industry. Previous editions between 2023 and 2025 resulted in the signing of 94 agreements with a total value exceeding 1 billion Saudi riyals. These past events included 62 panel discussions and 70 workshops, benefiting over 3,570 trainees.

The upcoming forum will feature a specialized conference and a comprehensive exhibition covering production, equipment, studios, financing, technology, legal services, and risk management. It serves as a strategic hub for industry leaders, investors, directors, producers, and screenwriters to explore the logistical and technical capabilities of the Saudi film sector.
