Saudi Health Minister awards eighth Health Performance prizes
Saudi Minister of Health Fahad bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel presented the winners of the eighth edition of the ‘Health Performance’ award in Riyadh. Held in strategic partnership with the National Health Insurance Center, the ceremony was attended by healthcare leaders and specialists.
The awards recognized excellence across six distinct tracks designed to improve healthcare experiences, enhance prevention, and support the goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 health sector transformation program. Key winners included King Saud Medical City for excellence in cardiac arrest reception and Medina General Hospital for stroke care.
Other notable recognitions included Al-Ahsa Health Cluster for primary care excellence, King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Medina for emergency care, and the Jeddah Second Health Cluster for public health and tobacco cessation efforts. The awards aim to foster institutional efficiency and a more vibrant, healthy society.
