Saudi Ministry of Tourism launches unified digital services platform
The Saudi Ministry of Tourism has launched a unified digital platform for tourism services during the LEAP 2026 technology event. The platform is designed to serve as a primary digital destination for investors, tourism practitioners, and industry workers by consolidating access to essential services.
Key features of the platform include tourism licensing, compliance, investment, training, and development services. It also introduces ‘Tourism X’, an AI-powered smart service intended to facilitate access to information and answer user inquiries.
Ministry spokesperson Nasir Al-Ansari stated that the launch is part of ongoing efforts to develop digital government services and enhance integration across the tourism ecosystem. This initiative aims to support the growth of the tourism sector in alignment with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030. While the new platform serves as the unified hub for services, the Ministry's official website will remain the primary source for news, regulations, and initiatives.
