Saudi Real Estate Development Fund deposits 1.091 billion riyals for October
The Real Estate Development Fund has announced the deposit of 1.091 billion riyals into the accounts of beneficiaries of the housing support program for October 2026. These funds are specifically allocated to support interest payments on various housing finance contracts, aimed at reducing financial burdens and increasing the financing capacity of Saudi citizens.
Since the beginning of 2026 through the end of October, the total amount deposited into the accounts of program beneficiaries has exceeded 10.817 billion riyals. This initiative is part of the housing program under Saudi Vision 2030, which has contributed to raising the homeownership rate among citizens to approximately 66.24%.
The Fund, established in 1974, has enabled more than 1.8 million Saudi families to acquire their first homes. To facilitate these processes, the Fund provides digital services through its official portal, including the ‘Real Estate Consultant’ tool, which helps citizens analyze their financial status to build customized housing and financing paths.
