Sauter Deutschland expands management services for Essen's Kennedy Tower

Sauter Deutschland has expanded its responsibilities at the Kennedy Tower in Essen, Germany. In addition to its existing facility management duties, the company has now assumed property management for the landmarked office and service building.

Originally constructed in 1965 as the ‘Haus der evangelischen Kirche’, the Kennedy Tower has since been converted into a commercial administrative and service center. The complex includes the main high-rise and two adjacent annexes. Due to its protected historical status, the site requires specialized, holistic object care.

By integrating both facility and property management, Sauter aims to coordinate technical, commercial, and organizational tasks—such as tenant requests, contract management, and technical coordination—through a single provider. The company reported that early collaboration has already allowed for the structured resolution of several long-standing operational issues.
