SAUTER modernizes building automation at Me and All Hotel Berlin

SAUTER Deutschland has completed a comprehensive modernization of the building automation systems at the Me and All Hotel Berlin. Formerly an ibis hotel, the property has been revitalized and repositioned as a boutique lifestyle hotel under the Hyatt group brand.

Commissioned by Hotel und Bürogebäude Verwaltung KG Humplmair, the project involved migrating plant automation to the modulo 6 building automation system between early 2024 and late 2025. The technical upgrade includes the integration of hotel rooms via Modbus room control devices and SAUTER ecos 504/505 room automation stations.

The new networked system allows for centralized monitoring and control through the SAUTER Vision Center, enabling efficient, sustainable, and demand-oriented operation of technical facilities. The system also supports secure remote access for management.
