Sava Properties 2026 established to manage Belgrade Fair assets

The Government of Serbia has officially established a new business entity named "Sava Properties 2026," which will manage the assets of the Belgrade Fair. The company is solely owned by the Republic of Serbia, with the government acting on its behalf.

Headquartered in Belgrade, the company's primary business activity is listed as the "development of construction projects." The assets transferred to the new entity include several halls of the Belgrade Fair (halls 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14), along with various business, warehouse, and auxiliary facilities.

Records indicate that while some structures hold usage permits, others were constructed without building permits or have unresolved ownership status. The company's management will consist of an Assembly and a director, with Marina Matić appointed to the director position.
