Savannah Bananas fan wins shirtless race in Arlington

Ty Christiana, a resident of Benton, Louisiana, won a mid-game shirtless sprint during a Savannah Bananas event at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas.

The Savannah Bananas are a traveling baseball team known for Banana Ball, a modified version of the sport that emphasizes entertainment through trick plays, dance breaks, and fast-paced gameplay. During a weekend event series in Arlington, staff recruited Christiana, a military veteran, to participate in the Big & Tall Race. He competed against approximately 20 other men, including former collegiate athletes, following the conclusion of the fourth inning.
