Savannah Chrisley announces engagement and pregnancy

Reality television star Savannah Chrisley, known for “Chrisley Knows Best,” has announced her engagement and her first pregnancy. In a social media announcement and on her podcast, “Unlocked,” the 29-year-old revealed she is expecting a child with her fiancé, Jason Galanis.

Reports have identified Galanis, 56, as a former businessman and associate of Hunter Biden. Galanis previously served a prison sentence for securities fraud involving a Native American tribe, a sentence that was commuted by President Trump in March 2025. Notably, Galanis and Savannah’s father, Todd Chrisley, served overlapping prison terms at the Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida, in 2023.

Chrisley has publicly defended the 27-year age gap between her and Galanis, stating she does not care about public criticism. She described the relationship as fulfilling and referred to her unborn child as an “innocent, deeply loved” blessing, addressing backlash by stating the child is “not a controversy.”
