SAVE America Act Triggers Voter ID and Citizenship Verification Ballot Measures Nationwide

Congress is debating the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which would require voters to present documentary proof of U.S. citizenship and a government‑issued photo ID to register for federal elections.
